摘要:
淮河入海水道二期工程征占地问题是工程决策的关键问题,也是工程建设必须解决的问题。运用工程设计原理和土地资源开发利用理论,以系统论和协同论的思想,从工程优化设计、弃土综合利用等方面进行研究,提出了工程征占地优化思路:少征占,多利用,并提出具体的优化路径。
Abstract:
The issue of land expropriation and occupation for the second-phase project of Huaihe River Sea-entering Channel is a key issue in project decision-making,and it's also a problem that must be resolved in project construction. Based on the principle of engineering design and theory of land resources development and utilization,and with the idea of system theory and coordination theory,the optimization idea of project land expropriation and occupation was proposed from aspects of engineering optimization design and comprehensive utilization of discarded soil: less expropriation and occupation and utilization,and specific optimization paths were proposed.
