摘要:
以江苏省淮河洼地治理工程为例,对水土保持工程建设中生态理念的贯彻应用方法及其生态效益进行了全面的梳理分析。该工程水土保持建设中,在工程措施实施、工程规划设计、工程建设管理、工程运行管理等不同方面,有针对性的分别融入相应的生态理念,通过贯穿全过程的生态理念指导,使得相应水土保持措施实施后,工程的生态效益得到全面提升。该工程的生 态建设经验对其他重点水利工程建设有一定的借鉴作用。
Abstract:
Taking the Huai River swale treatment project in Jiangsu as an example, the implementation and application methods of ecological concept in the soil and water conservation project and their ecological benefits are comprehensively analyzed. In the water and soil conservation construction of the project, the corresponding ecological concepts are integrated into the implementation of engineering measures, engineering planning and design, engineering construction management, engineering operation management and other aspects. Through the guidance of ecological concepts throughout the whole process, the ecological benefits of the project are comprehensively improved after the implementation of the corresponding water and soil conservation measures. The ecological construction experience of the project can be used as reference for other key water conservancy projects.
