摘要:
开展县域节水型社会达标建设是加快实现从粗放用水向节约用水，从供水管理向需水管理的重要举措。对照《节水型社会评价标准（试行）》，泗洪县梳理节水的行政措施、工程措施、经济措施、节水意识的工作成效，通过分析泗洪县十三五期间工业、农业、生活和综合用水效率的变化趋势，明确节水社会建设过程中存在的短板，确定泗洪县今后节水型社会应放在重点行业节水载体创建、高效灌溉技术和非常规水源推广，进一步提升泗洪县节水水平。
Abstract:
Carrying out the construction of a county-level water-saving society is an important measure to accelerate the transition from extensive water use to water conservation, and from water supply management to water demand management. In contrast to the "Water-saving Society Evaluation Standard (Trial)", Sihong County sorts out the effectiveness of water-saving administrative measures, engineering measures, economic measures, and water-saving awareness, By analyzing the changing trends of industrial, agricultural, domestic and comprehensive water use efficiency in Sihong County during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the shortcomings in the construction of water-saving society are identified. Sihong County's future water-saving society should be placed in the creation of water-saving carriers in key industries, efficient irrigation technology and promotion of unconventional water sources, so as to further improve the water-saving level of Sihong County.
