摘要:
幸福河道建设越来越引起人们的重视，但是如何评价幸福河道的建设工程，当前还缺乏较为系统、明确的标准。就幸福河道建设示范工程评价体系建立的难点及解决方案进行阐述和探索，进而从项目前期工作、施工过程、工程验收及后期管护、效益发挥等方面，初步提出并建立幸福河道建设示范工程的评价体系。
Abstract:
The construction of happy river has attracted more and more attention, while there is a lack of systematic and clear standards for evaluating the construction projects of happy river. This paper explores the difficulties and solutions in establishing the evaluation system for the demonstration project of happy river construction, then proposes and establishes the systematic evaluation standards for happy river construction demonstration projects from the aspects of the preliminary work of the project, the construction process, the acceptance of the project, the maintenance management, and the benefit exertion.
