摘要:
根据小型水工建筑物带水运行的工作特点,在装配式拆分设计的基础上,指出节点防渗设计的必要性。给出了适用于水工建筑的多种节点连接方式及各自的适用范围,并总结了不同类型小型水工建筑物的节点连接要求及通用做法。另外,基于吊运和安装装配的便捷性等方面对预制构件提出新的要求,包括尺寸限制、重量限制、吊点选取等。通过具体的深化设计实例,强化了节点防渗做法和吊装技术的重要性,为相关设计人员提供参考。
Abstract:
According to the working characteristics of small hydraulic structures running with water, on the basis of assembly split design, the necessity of anti-seepage design of nodes is pointed out. This paper gives a variety of node connection methods suitable for hydraulic buildings and their respective scope of application, and summarizes the node connection requirements and general practices of different types of small hydraulic structures. Furthermore, this paper puts forward new requirements for prefabricated components based on the convenience of hoisting and installation, including size restrictions, weight restrictions, and selection of hoisting points. Finally, this paper strengthens the importance of the joint anti-seepage practice and hoisting technology through specific detailed design examples, and provides a reference for the relevant designers.
