摘要:
从新形势下我国防汛抗旱及水旱灾害防御信息化系统的建设现状出发,分析防汛抗旱及水旱灾害防御信息化的特点,在明确防汛抗旱工作主要任务的基础上,提出新形势下防汛抗旱及水旱灾害防御信息化建设的思考。
Abstract:
Based on the current situation of flood and drought relief and flood and drought disaster defense information system in China, characteristics of flood and drought relief and flood and drought disaster defense information system are analyzed. On the basis of clarifying the main tasks of flood control and drought relief, the thoughts of flood control and drought relief and flood and drought disaster defense informatization construction under the new situation are put forward.
