为保障水利工程螺杆启闭机的安全运行,引进危险因素识别与处理理论,通过现场排查,识别触电、机械伤害、淹溺、高处坠落等危险因素,分别提出了消除危险源、隔离、设置薄弱环节、联锁、个体防护、警示等技术措施,通过工程实例进行了应用。准确识别不同场所螺杆启闭机存在的危险因素,是处理问题的前提;针对不同设备的特点,选择科学有效的处理措施,是确保设备安全的关键。本文对水利工程其他设备的安全运用有一定的借鉴作用,同时可推进水利工程管理单位安全生产标准化建设。

Risk factors identifying and processing theory is introduced in guaranteeing the safety of screw hoist of water conservancy project. By investigation and identification of risk factors such as electric shock,mechanical damage,drowning and falling,technical measures such as eliminating danger source,isolation,setting weaknesses,interlocking,individual protection and warning were put forward,which were applicate through an engineering example. Accurate identification of the risk factors of screw hoist in different places is the premise of dealing with problem. Selecting scientific and effective treatment measures is the key to ensure the safety of equipment,according to the characteristic of different equipment. Certain reference function for the safety of other equipment of water conservancy project is provided in this paper. The standardization construction of safety production for water conservancy project management unit could be promoted at the same time.
