摘要:
以江苏省中小河流水文监测系统工程建设为例，介绍了工程概况，总结了工程建设实施的经验，指出了工程建设中存在的问题，并提出解决对策，为后续工程顺利实施提供参考。
Abstract:
Taking the hydrological monitoring system project for medium adn small rivers of Jiangsu Province a s an example, the general engineering situation was introduced, hte experience on the implementation of engineerin g construction was summarized, the problems existing in the engienering construction were pointed out, and the countermeasures were put forward, which would provide referenc efor the smooth implementation of subsequent project.
