摘要:: 总结了2018年全省水利规划计划工作在落实国家和省重大战略决策、重点水利工程建设投资、强化水利规划计划管理等三个方面的突出成效。分析了水利规划计划工作面临的新形势新要求,提出了2019年在发挥规划引领作用、项目前期工作、落实投资计划等方面的工作目标任务。

Abstract:: The outstanding achievements of the provincial water conservancy programming and planning work in 2018 in three aspects, including the implementation of major national and provincial strategic decisions, investment in key water conservancy projects, and strengthening the management of water conservancy planning and planning were summarized. The new situation and requirements of water conservancy planning and planning were analyzed. The work objectives and tasks in 2019 were proposed in the aspects of giving play to the leading role of planning, prophase work, implementation of investment plan and other aspects.
