摘要:
近年来,每逢强降雨,必有城市内涝发生,给人民的生活、生产造成不同程度的影响,另一方面缺水又制约着现代城市发展。海绵城市建设理念在解决上述矛盾时提出了全新的思路和方法,它的治理目标是在降低城市内涝压力的同时,能够顺应自然规律因地制宜充分利用雨水资源,实现城市城镇化与资源环境的协调发展。结合南京江北新区滁河环境综合整治项目实例,探讨如何将“海绵城市”建设理念应用到环境综合整治项目中,以达到修复城市河道的防洪调节功能,恢复城市湿地,打造绿色环保的生态宜居福祉。
Abstract:
In recent years, whenever there's heavy rainfall, there would be waterlogging in the city, which had caused varying degrees of impact on people's life and production. On the other hand, water shortage restricted the development of modern cities. New ideas and methods were put forward to solve the above contradictions based on sponge city construction concept. Its governance goal was to reduce the pressure of urban waterlogging, and make full use of rainwater resources in accordance with natural laws and local conditions, so as to realize the coordinated development of urbanization and resources and environment.Based on the example of Chuhe environmental comprehensive renovation project in Nanjing Jiangbei District, how to apply the concept of "Sponge City" to the comprehensive environmental renovation project was discussed, in order to restore the flood control and regulation function of urban rivers, restore urban wetlands, create green and environmentally friendly ecological habitable sites.
