摘要:
为加强河湖及水利工程管理,充分发挥河湖功能和水利工程综合效益,无锡市太湖闸站工程管理处组织开展了河湖及水利工程确权划界工作,分析在河湖及水利工程确权划界工作过程中遇到的困难和问题,介绍了解决这些问题的工作方法和思路并提出了一些工作建议。
Abstract:
In order to strengthen the management of rivers and lakes and water conservancy projects and make full use of the functions and comprehensive benefits, Engineering Management Division of Wuxi Taihu Sluice Station organized the confirmation of right and the demarcation of rivers and lakes and water conservancy projects. The difficulties and problems encountered in the delimitation process of rivers and lakes and water conservancy projects were analyzed, the working methods and ideas to solve these problems were introduced and some practical suggestions were proposed.
