摘要:
2019年全省水利规划计划部门紧紧围绕“水利工程补短板、水利行业强监管、系统治水提质效”的总基调,把握大局、开拓创新、抢抓机遇、扎实工作,规划计划各项工作取得明显成效。2020年要全方位、高质量推进水利规划计划工作再上新台阶,主要做好三方面的工作,一是科学谋划,扎实做好水利规划工作; 二是加强协调,全力推进项目前期工作; 三是强化督导,加大投资计划执行力度。
Abstract:
In 2019, the provincial water conservancy programming and planning departments closely focused on the general keynote of "strengthen shortcomings of water conservancy projects, enhance supervision of water conservancy industry, and improve water quality and efficiency through systematic water control", grasp the overall situation, explore and innovate, seize opportunities and work solidly, and achieve obvious results in all the programming and planning works. In 2020, we should take water conservancy planning to a new level in an all-round and high-quality manner by focusing on three areas. First, make scientific plans and do a solid job in water conservancy planning. Second, strengthen coordination and fully promote the preliminary work of the project. Third, strengthen supervision and increase the implementation of investment plans.
