摘要:
堤防工程作为防洪减灾枢纽的重要组成部分,一直发挥着重要作用。针对目前堤防工程堤线长、种类多、结构复杂等特点,研究开展堤防监测区域划分,探讨不同情况下的巡视检查、专项探测、常规监测3种安全监测方式。建议将安全监测数据整编存档形成监测资料数据库,并建立监测数据信息管理系统。
Abstract:
As an important part of flood control and disaster reduction hub, embankment project has been playing an important role. In view of the characteristics of long dike lines, various types and complex structures of embankment engineering, the division of dike monitoring area was studied, and three safety monitoring methods of patrol inspection, special detection and routine monitoring under different conditions were discussed. It's suggested that the safety monitoring data should be organized and archived into a monitoring data database, and the monitoring data information management system should be established.
