摘要:
基于2019年汛后、2020年汛前和2020年汛期的1:2 000水下地形测图,系统分析了新济洲汊道平面、横断面、近岸边坡稳定性及冲於变化情况,对河势变化的原因进行了分析并提出了治理对策。结果表明:新济洲汊道总体上以淤积为主,但洲头左右缘冲刷较为严重,冲刷最大值达到了10.25 m,-10 m等高线左移最大处达到了69 m左右; 左汊走势相对稳定,右汊略有冲刷,近岸局部边坡冲刷陡于长江下游稳定岸坡值。分析了河势变化的原因可能是汛期水流较大、上游小黄洲改道、土质松散及工程治理等,提出在2021年市级防汛消险计划中对冲刷较大区域进行治理。
Abstract:
Based on the 1:2000 underwater topographic maps after the flood season in 2019, before the flood season in 2020 and during the flood season in 2020, the changes of the plane, cross section, stability of the nearshore slope and erosion and siltation of the Xinjizhou branch are systematically analyzed, the causes of river regime change are analyzed, and the control countermeasures are put forward. The results show that: The branching channel of Xinjizhou is mainly silted in general, but the scour at the left and right edges of the head of the branching channel is more serious, the scour maximum reaches 10.25 m, and the maximum of -10 m contour line shifts to the left reaches about 69 m. The trend of the left branch is relatively stable, while that of the right branch is slightly scoured, and the local slope scours steeper than the stable slope of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The causes of river regime change are analyzed, such as large water flow in flood season, diversion of small Yellow River in upper reaches, loose soil quality and engineering management, etc., and it is proposed that the 2021 city-level flood prevention and risk elimination plan should be used to manage the larger erosion area.
