摘要:
机械密封关系到潜水泵的正常运行,详细阐述了机械密封原理、安装步骤、常见故障和处理方法。以薛家泓出海泵闸为例,探讨在线油中水分检测仪安装的可能性,并及时监测机械密封是否损坏,从而减少泵站机组维修次数,延长设备使用周期,降低维修养护成本。
Abstract:
The mechanical seal is related to the normal operation of the submersible pump. The principle, installation steps, common faults and treatment methods of the mechanical seal are described in detail. Taking Xuejiahong outbound pumping station as an example, the possibility of installation of the online oil moisture detector is discussed, and the mechanical seal is monitored for damage in time, so as to reduce the maintenance frequency of the pumping station unit, prolong the equipment life cycle, and reduce the maintenance cost.
