摘要:
针对高分子聚合物(PVC)板桩这一新型挡土结构,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了PVC板桩-土三维耦合模型。根据标准对板桩强度、变形进行分析,结果表明PVC板桩在最不利工况下可以满足规范设计要求。通过对桩施加水平荷载,定性分析了方型板桩水平承载性能优于几字型板桩。同时获得板桩桩身弯矩随深度的分布情况和土体等效塑性应变区域分布情况,结果表明,PVC板桩呈现出柔性桩变形模式,外荷载主要通过板桩自身屈服和浅层土体承担。方型板桩结构设计有利于调动更大范围土体来抵抗外荷载,研究成果可为后续河道护岸中PVC板桩设计提供参考。
Abstract:
For the new retaining structure of high polymer (PVC) sheet piles, a three-dimensional PVC sheet pile-soil coupling model is established by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. According to the standards, the strength and deformation of PVC sheet piles are analyzed, and the results show that PVC sheet piles can meet the design requirements of the specifications under the most unfavorable working conditions. By applying horizontal loads to the piles, it is qualitatively analyzed that the horizontal bearing performance of square sheet piles is superior to that of zigzag sheet piles. At the same time, the distribution of bending moment of the sheet pile body with depth and the distribution of equivalent plastic strain zone of the soil are obtained. The results show that the PVC sheet pile exhibits a flexible pile deformation mode, and the external load is mainly borne by the yield of the sheet pile itself and the shallow soil. The design of the square sheet pile structure is conducive to mobilizing a larger range of soil to resist external loads. The research results can provide a reference for the subsequent design of PVC sheet piles in river bank protection.
