摘要:
针对泵站回转式清污机在调水运行中可能出现的主链条脱槽、齿耙倾斜故障,结合工程实际,基于现场情况,分析故障原因,并提出2套可行性优化方案。通过优化保护装置,消除清污机运行单侧卡阻造成的主链条脱槽或断裂等故障,在一定程度上降低了维修成本,消除设备故障对工程运行造成的影响,可为同类型泵站清污设备维修、改造提供借鉴。
Abstract:
In view of the possible malfunctions of the main chain derailment and tooth rake inclination of the rotary trash remover in the pumping station during the water diversion operation, this paper, combined with the actual engineering situation and based on the on-site conditions, analyzes the causes of the malfunctions and proposes two sets of feasible optimization plans. By optimizing the protection device, malfunctions such as main chain derailment or fracture caused by unilateral jamming during the operation of the trash remover are eliminated. To a certain extent, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the impact of equipment malfunctions on the project operation is eliminated. This can provide reference for the maintenance and renovation of trash removal equipment in similar pumping stations.
