本文以浏河闸为例,研究了文物闸拆除方案对河道泄洪的影响。通过二维水动力模型,模拟了不同拆除方案下的流场变化,分析了水面壅高和流速特征。结果表明,完全拆除方案能确保行洪安全,但工程量大、协调难度高;仅拆除船闸方案基本满足行洪要求且具可行性;整体保留方案会对工程安全和行洪安全有较大影响。综合考虑,推荐仅拆除船闸方案,并建议与文物部门沟通闸门保护问题。

This paper takes the Liuhe Gate as an example to study the impact of the cultural relics gate removal plan on river flood discharge. By using a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model, the changes in the flow field under different removal plans were simulated, and the characteristics of water surface elevation and flow velocity were analyzed. The results show that a complete removal plan can ensure flood safety, but it involves significant engineering work and high coordination difficulty. The scheme of only demolishing the ship lock basically meets the flood control requirements and is feasible. The overall retention scheme will have a significant impact on the project safety and flood discharge safety. Taking all factors into consideration, the scheme of only demolishing the ship lock is recommended, and it is suggested to communicate with the cultural relics department about the protection issue of the sluice gate.
