从区域协同角度出发,建立多学科交叉的洪涝协同安全防控模型,并利用该模型进行计算分析与应用研究,优化防洪排涝联合调度方案。开展武澄锡虞区洪涝安全防控研究,对进一步完善区域防洪减灾体系,全面提高区域防洪排涝能力,保障区域防洪安全具有一定意义。

From the perspective of regional collaboration, a multidisciplinary collaborative flood and waterlogging safety prevention and control model is established. This model is then used for calculation, analysis, and applied research to optimize the joint operation scheme for flood control and drainage. Conducting research on flood and waterlogging safety prevention and control in the Wuchengxiyu District is of certain significance for further improving the regional flood control and disaster reduction system, comprehensively enhancing the regional flood control and drainage capacity, and ensuring regional flood control safety.
