摘要:
精确模拟平原河网区域的洪水演进及工程排涝过程,对于保障地区防洪安全至关重要。采用水动力学数值模拟技术,建立了基于隐式分块三级河网水流算法的一维河网水动力学模型,并应用于江阴市平原河网区域。通过实测水位数据和城区闸泵调度资料对模型进行了参数率定,率定显示模拟水位过程与实测值吻合良好。同时,依据设计洪水和排涝调度条件,考虑各设计洪水及闸泵排水情景,计算不同频率来水与外江潮位组合下的洪水演进过程。
Abstract:
Accurately simulating the flood routing and the project drainage process in the plain river network area is of vital importance for ensuring regional flood control safety. A one-dimensional river network hydrodynamic model based on implicit block three-level river network flow algorithm was established using hydrodynamic numerical simulation technology, and applied to the plain river network area of Jiangyin City. The model was calibrated using measured water level data and urban gate pump scheduling data, and the calibration results showed that the simulated water level process matched well with the measured values. At the same time, based on the design flood and drainage scheduling conditions, considering various design flood and gate pump drainage scenarios, calculate the flood evolution process under different frequency inflow and external river tide level combinations.
