通过深入分析建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在大孔闸工程中的应用前景,探讨其在设计、施工及运维阶段的安全预警优势,并基于此构建面向大孔闸工程全生命周期的质量安全预警系统框架。该预警系统利用BIM技术集成大数据,能够精确模拟影响质量和安全的多种因素,从而优化设计方案、及时发现并消除安全隐患,显著提高大孔闸工程的运行可靠性和维护效率。为验证所提出系统的有效性,以吴淞江界浦港大孔闸项目为案例,详细阐述了基于BIM的系统如何在提升工程全生命周期安全管理水平方面发挥关键作用,为未来类似工程的质量安全预警系统开发提供了重要的参考和实践示范。
Abstract:
By conducting an in-depth analysis of the application prospects of building information modeling (BIM) technology in large aperture sluice projects, this study explores its advantages in safety early warning during the design, construction, and operation and maintenance phases. Based on this, a framework for a quality and safety early warning system for the full lifecycle of large aperture sluice projects is constructed. This early warning system utilizes BIM technology to integrate big data, enabling it to accurately simulate various factors that affect quality and safety. As a result, it can optimize the design scheme, promptly detect and eliminate potential safety hazards, and significantly improve the operational reliability and maintenance efficiency of large aperture sluice projects. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed system, taking the large aperture sluice project at Jiepu Port of the Wusong River as a case, this paper elaborates in detail how the BIM-based system plays a key role in improving the safety management level throughout the entire lifecycle of the project. It provides important references and practical demonstrations for the development of quality and safety early warning systems for similar projects in the future.
