摘要:
在堤防抢险实践中,断面流速、流量、流场的测量对抢险方案制定具有关键性作用。研究采用了一种无人机搭载视觉测流系统观测模拟决口处水流流场的新方法,分析了区域水流流速分布规律,同时在实验中采用DHI Mike 21水动力模型对区域流速进行计算,对比视觉测流系统、模型计算、手持电波流速仪测量数据,证实该系统可发挥流速流量测报,支撑抢险方案制定,评估抢险效果等实践作用。
Abstract:
In the practice of embankment emergency rescue, the measurement of cross sectional flow velocity, discharge and flow field plays a critical role in the formulation of rescue plan. In this paper, a new method of observing and simulating the water flow field at the rupture is used by a UAV visual flow measurement system, and the distribution of water flow velocity in the rupture area is analyzed. At the same time, the DHI Mike21 hydrodynamic model is used to calculate the flow velocity in the rupture area, and compared with the measurement data of the visual flow measurement system, model calculation and handheld radio wave velocity meter, it is confirmed that the system can play practical roles in flow velocity and discharge monitoring and reporting, supporting the formulation of emergency rescue plans, and evaluating the effects of emergency rescues.
