摘要:
中小河流治理工程是建设幸福河道的重要手段，通过以具体重点水利工程为例，分析项目的存在问题，系统融合幸福河道建设要求，提出工程的治理思路、实施路径与创新技术，在传统水利工程中实践探索幸福河道建设新路径，为同类型河道治理工程提供参考经验。
Abstract:
The governance of small and medium sized rivers serves as a crucial approach to constructing Happy Rivers. By taking specific key water conservancy projects as examples, this study analyzes existing problems in the projects, systematically integrates the requirements for happy river construction, and proposes engineering governance ideas, implementation paths, and innovative technologies. It explores new paths for happy river construction in traditional water conservancy projects, providing reference experience for similar river regulation projects.
