摘要:
2024年7月12日,受梅雨期多轮次强降水影响,平桥河小流域爆发了超350年一遇的超历史记录的山洪。基于实测资料及暴雨洪水调查成果,采用瞬时单位线法反演洪水过程,分析此次暴雨洪水特性、水利工程调蓄作用及淹没成因,与历史洪水的洪水历时、洪峰流量、洪峰涨率等要素进行对比分析,为该流域山洪灾害防御和治理提供基础。
Abstract:
On July 12, 2024, affected by multiple rounds of rainstorm during the plum rain season, a flash flood exceeding the historical record, with a recurrence interval of over 350 years, broke out in the Pingqiao River small watershed. Based on measured data and rainstorm flood survey results, the instantaneous unit hydrograph method is used to invert the flood process. This study analyzes the characteristics of the rainstorm and flood, the regulation and storage effect of water conservancy projects, and the causes of inundation. It also conducts a comparative analysis with elements such as flood duration, peak discharge, and peak rise rate of historical floods, providing a basis for flash flood disaster prevention and control in the watershed.
