摘要:
基于BIM技术构建了水闸工程运行维护管理框架,旨在进一步提升运行维护管理效能与决策水平。针对江苏省水闸运行维护现状分析,从应用角度分析水闸运行维护需求明确运行维护阶段信息,并结合传统运行维护模式和BIM特点,搭建由模型层、数据层、应用层组成的水闸运行维护管理框架。同时,结合BIM、物联网、大数据等信息技术,建立水闸运行维护模型及数据库,实现信息共享以及控制运行管理、监测管理、养护维修管理、安全状态评估等多方位服务,从而提升水闸运行维护信息化水平与跨部门协同能力,为同类水利工程数字化转型提供理论参考。
Abstract:
A sluice engineering operation and maintenance management framework was constructed based on BIM technology, aiming to further improve the efficiency of operation, maintenance and management as well as the decision-making level. Based on the analysis of the current situation of sluice operation and maintenance in Jiangsu Province, the operation and maintenance requirements of sluices were analyzed from the application perspective to clarify the information in the operation and maintenance phase. Combined with the traditional operation and maintenance mode and the characteristics of BIM, a sluice operation, maintenance and management framework composed of a model layer, a data layer and an application layer was built. Meanwhile, by integrating information technologies such as BIM, the Internet of Things (IoT) and big data, a sluice operation and maintenance model and database were established to realize information sharing and multi-dimensional services including control operation management, monitoring management, maintenance and repair management, and safety status assessment. This helps improve the informatization level of sluice operation and maintenance and the cross-departmental collaboration capability, providing theoretical reference for the digital transformation of similar water conservancy projects.
