摘要:
针对感潮河段魏村枢纽扩容改建工程双向立式泵站负扬程工况进行引水运行,采用现场测试方法分析不同负扬程时机组的摆度、振动、压力脉动及噪声,为泵站机组的安全运行和技术改进提供技术依据。随着泵站负扬程的减小,叶片安放角度逐渐增大,主轴的摆度呈逐渐增大的趋势。随着泵站扬程及叶片安放角逐渐增大,电机层和联轴器层的噪声均呈先减小后增大的变化趋势。在相同负扬程时,叶片安放角应向负角度调节有利于泵站机组运行的稳定性。
Abstract:
In view of the negative head condition of the two-way vertical pumping station in the expansion and reconstruction project of Weicun Hub in tidal reach section, the swing, vibration, pressure pulsation and noise of the unit under different negative head conditions are analyzed by field testing, which provides technical basis for the safe operation and technical improvement of the pumping station unit. With the decrease of the negative head of the pumping station, the blade placement angle gradually increases, and the swing of the main shaft gradually increases. With the increase of pumping station head and blade placement angle, the noise of motor layer and coupling layer decreases first and then increases. At the same negative head, the blade placement angle should be adjusted to a negative angle, which is conducive to the stability of the operation of the pumping station unit.
