摘要:
对于立式轴流泵底座压环处渗水现象,通过紧压件垂直压紧同径圆条减少渗水量效果有待改进。运用鱼刺图分析法进行原因分析,详细探讨了2种安装方案,一是“圆条加填料配合”法,二是“大小圆条异径配合”法。泗阳第二抽水站采用“大小圆条异径配合”法对水泵底座压环处渗水问题进行有效处理,可为同类型机组设计、安装检修及渗水处理提供相关参考。
Abstract:
For the water seepage at the base pressure ring of the vertical axial flow pump, the effect of reducing seepage by vertically compressing the same diameter circular strip with a clamping member needs improvement. The fishbone diagram analysis method was used to analyze the causes, and two installation schemes were discussed in detail: one is the “round bar+filler fit” method, and the other is the “small and large round bar reducing fit” method. Siyang No. 2 Pumping Station adopted the “small and large round bar reducing fit” method to effectively handle the water seepage at the pump base pressure ring, which can provide relevant references for the design, installation, maintenance and seepage treatment of the same type of units.
