新沂河是沂沭泗流域重要的行洪通道,沭阳水文站是新沂河上的关键控制站点,由于河道断面结构复杂且水位不确定,沭阳站水位与流量之间难以建立稳定的单值关系,研究可靠且高效的推流方法对流域防洪调度具有十分重要的意义。为探索水位推求流量的计算方法,基于近5年的流量实测成果,通过落差指数法建立沭阳站水位、河道水位落差与流量之间的关系,落差指数采用差分进化算法进行优选。结果表明,落差指数法在沭阳站高水位的情况下效果较好,具有良好的推流精度,相关成果可为其他河道水位流量关系研究及流量推算等提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The Xinyi River is an important flood discharge channel in the Yishusi River Basin, and the Shuyang Hydrological Station is a key control station on the Xinyi River. Due to the complex cross-sectional structure and uncertain water level of the river channel, it is difficult to establish a stable single-valued relationship between the water level and discharge at Shuyang Station. Therefore, researching reliable and efficient flow estimation methods is of great significance for flood control and dispatching in the river basin. To explore the calculation method of deriving discharge from water level, based on the measured discharge data over the past 5 years, the relationship between the water level at Shuyang Station, the river channel water level drop, and the discharge was established using the fall index method. The fall index was optimized using the differential evolution algorithm. The results show that the fall index method performs well under high water level conditions at Shuyang Station, with good flow estimation accuracy. The relevant results can provide a reference for the study of water level-discharge relationship and discharge calculation in other river channels.
