摘要:
阜宁县属淮河下游平原农业与湿地生态亚区,生态秉赋独特。作为传统农业大县,面源污染风险较大,水生态文明建设面临挑战。笔者结合阜宁水资源开发利用现状,对水生态文明建设目标、主要任务、建设的途径与成效进行了分析,为进一步提升水生态文明建设水平和层次理清了思路。
Abstract:
Funing is belonging to agriculture and wetland ecological sub region of the Huaihe downstream plains, which has unique ecological advantages. As a traditional agricultural county, the risk of non-point source pollution is greater than other areas. Combined with the current situation of water resources development and utilization, the aim, main tasks, construction ways and results of water ecological civilization are analyzed. For further enhance the level of water ecological civilization construction, a clear thinking is put forward.
