摘要:
以南桠河干流规划的某水电站为例,通过制定水库防洪抢险应急预案,提高水库突发事件的应对能力,并根据工程实际情况及可能出现的险情,准确对险情进行等级划分以确定最高责任指挥,同时制定应急抢险措施。
Abstract:
Taking a hydropower station in the mainstream planning of Nanya river as an example, through making plan of reservoir flood control and emergency rescue to improve the response ability of reservoir emergent events.According to the actual situation of the project and the possible dangerous situation, the danger grades were accurately classified to determine the highest responsibility, and to formulate salvage measures at the same time.
