摘要:
防汛物资是防汛抢险的重要物质条件之一,是盐城市防汛抢险的重要物质基础。防汛抗旱物资管理坚持“定额储备、专业管理、保障急需”的原则,各级防汛机构要高度重视防汛物资的储备与管理工作。盐城市防汛物资具有专业性强、动态特殊性、回收保管等特点,加强防汛物资储备、供应的基础设施建设力度,提高防汛物资快速保障能力,满足防汛物资储备的各项要求,是新形势下防汛抢险供应的需要。
Abstract:
Flood control materials are one of the important material conditions of flood control emergency,which is an important material basis for flood control emergency in Yancheng City.The management of flood control and drought-resistant material adheres to the principle of quota reserve, professional management and urgent need guarantee.Flood control agencies at all levels should attach great importance to flood control materials reserves and management.Yancheng flood control materials have the characteristics of professional,dynamic special, recycling, and so on.It’s necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction efforts of reserve and supply, to improve the rapid support capability, and to meet all the requirements of reserves on flood control materials under the new circumstances.
