摘要:
随着太仓社会经济的高速发展,城区河道水质污染、生态退化等水环境问题日益凸显。在水环境综合整治各项任务同步推进,入河污染得到严格控制的条件下,结合太仓地理位置特点,通过利用现有工程的优化调度和局部调水工程的建设,将外部清水引入城区,快速提高城区河道水环境容量,让水体有序流动起来,增强水体的自净能力,实现城区河道水环境改善,为其他城市水环境治理提供技术参考。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of Taicang's social economy, water environmental problems such as water pollution and ecological degradation are becoming more and more prominent.Under the conditions of simultaneous promotion of various tasks of water environment comprehensive regulation and strict control of river entry pollution, combined with the geographical locatoin of Taicang, by using the optimal scheduling of existing projects and the construction of local water diverison projects, the external water is introduced into the urban area to rapidly increase the water environmenta lcapacity of the urban river, let the water flow in an orderly way, enhance the self-purification ability of waetr bodies and improve the water environment in urban areas, so as to provide technical reference for water environment management of other cities.
