摘要:
为客观评价连云港市水资源承载状况,构建了包括水量、水质、水生态3个要素及6项指标的水资源承载能力评价体系,并制定了评价方法,根据评价结果划定了超载区、临界超载区、不超载区,并分别绘制县域水资源承载状况图。结果标明,2016年,灌云县水资源综合承载状况为临界超载,其他各县区均为超载,全市水资源综合承载状况表现为整体处于超载状态,其中市区最严重。造成全市超载的主要原因是水功能区达标率较低、地下水过度开采和入河污染物量超标等,评价成果可为连云港市水资源开发利用和保护提供决策依据。
Abstract:
In order to objectively evaluate the water resources carrying status of Lianyungang City, the water resources carrying capacity evaluation system including three elements of water quantity, water quality and water ecology and six indicators was constructed.The evaluation method was formulated, the overloading area, critical overloading area and non overloading area were defined according to the evaluation results, and the water resources carrying status map of the county was drawn respectively.The results indicated that in 2016, the comprehensive carrying capacity of water resources in Guanyun County was critical overload, and the other counties were all overloaded.The overall carrying status of water resources in the whole city was overloaded, among which the urban area was the most serious.The main causes of overloading in the city were the low standard rate of water function area, overexploitation of groundwater and the excess of the amount of pollutants into the river.The evaluation results could provide the decision-making basis for the exploitation and protection of water resources in Lianyungang City.
