摘要:
防汛物资是抗洪抢险、防洪保安的重要基础,省级防汛物资是江苏省各级防汛物资的重中之重,对其进行科学的分类管理,可有效提升省级防汛物资保障能力。引入ABC分类法应用于省级防汛物资分类管理,以江苏省省级防汛物资储备重点仓库D仓库为例进行实证分析,综合考虑物资的重要性、特殊性、价值性和调用频率,基于ABC分类法对D仓库省级防汛物资进行合理分类,在此基础上提出各类防汛物资的分类管理建议,为防汛物资的科学管理提供指导。
Abstract:
Flood control materials are the important foundation for flood fighting and flood security.Provincial flood control materials are the top priority of flood control materials at all levels in Jiangsu province.Scientific classification and management of these materials can effectively improve the support capacity of provincial flood control materials.ABC classification method was introduced to classify and manage flood control materials at provincial level, and the empirical analysis was carried out by taking the D warehouse of the provincial-level flood control material reserve in Jiangsu Province as an example.Considering the importance, particularity, value and frequency of materials, the ABC classification method was used to classify the provincial-level flood control materials of D warehouses.The classification management suggestions for various anti-mite materials were proposed on the basis, so as to provide guidance for scientific management of flood control materials.
