摘要:
为了合理评估河流健康状况,选取了10个评价指标,建立河流健康评价3层指标体系。针对权重分配中难以权衡的问题,运用主客观综合赋权法计算指标权重,既可充分考虑专家群体对各指标的主观权重信息,又可包含方案集自身所隐含的决策信息。先利用层次分析法、改进熵值法和超标倍数法3种赋权方法分别得到3种指标权重,再构造一种基于博弈论思想的组合赋权法得到最终综合权重。以江苏南部某河流为例,对建立的评价指标和评价方法进行验证应用,结果表明了其合理性。
Abstract:
In order to evaluate the river health status rationally, 10 evaluation indexes were selected to establish a three-layer index system for river health evaluation.In view of the difficulty in weighting distribution, integrated subjective and objective weighting methods were used to calculate the index weight, which could not only fully consider the subjective weights information of the expert group for each index, but also contain the decision-making information implied by the scheme set itself.Firstly, three kinds of index weights were obtained by using the three methods of analytic hierarchy process, improved entropy method and exceeding standard multiple method.Then a combined weighting method based on game theory was used to obtain the final comprehensive weights. Taking a river in the south of Jiangsu Province as an example, the evaluation index and method were validated and applied, and the results showed that the method was reasonable.
