摘要:
以SWMM模型为模拟平台,基于研究区自然地理及水系条件,在现状条件下进行水系排涝能力模拟,模拟研究区在5年一遇、10年一遇设计暴雨下,河道漫溢及城市内涝情况,给出河道水位、积水深度及积水节点等信息,并根据现状调查分析城市内涝形成的原因。针对内涝产生的原因,分别模拟了降低城市不透水率以及采取清淤等措施下,研究区内涝缓解情况,以期对后续城市排水规划、城市防灾减灾措施制定提供科学依据,并为其它城市防涝系统能力评估提供参考。
Abstract:
Taking SWMM model as the simulation platform and based on the natural geography and water system conditions of the study area, the drainage capacity of the water system was simulated under the current conditions. The river flooding and urban flooding conditions were simulated under the five-year and ten-year design rainstorm conditions, and information such as river water level, water depth and water accumulation nodes were given and the reasons for the formation of waterlogging in the city were analyzed according to the current situation. Aiming at the causes of waterlogging, the mitigation of waterlogging in the study area under the measures of reducing urban impermeability and dredging, etc. was simulated in order to provide scientific basis for the subsequent urban drainage planning and the formulation of urban disaster prevention and mitigation measures, and to provide reference for the assessment of the ability of waterlogging prevention systems in other cities.
