摘要:
因检修需要自行设计制作浮箱式叠梁检修门,从设计原理及结构尺寸等方面,对浮箱式叠梁检修钢闸门的设计进行阐述。根据闸首宽度及水位确定检修门结构及尺寸,绘制设计图纸,根据受力确定钢板厚度,进行强度、刚度验算,计算自重、浮力,满足设计要求。制作的空箱体需进行密封实验,金属构件防腐处理,采用橡皮止水。每节叠梁顶部和底部有校正位置的角钢,每节叠梁顶部有吊耳。闸门采用自润滑块与门槽接触,侧面焊有侧向挡块。
Abstract:
Due to the need to overhaul, the floating pontoon overhaul gate with stop log should be designed and manufactured. The design of the floating pontoon overhaul steel gate with stop log was expounded from the aspects of design principle and structural size. According to the width and water level of the gate, the structure and size of the maintenance door were determined, and the design drawings were drawn. The thickness of the steel plate was determined according to the force, the strength and stiffness were checked, and the self-weight and buoyancy was calculated, which could meet the design requirements. The made empty box body needed to be sealed, the metal member was embalmed, and the rubber was used to stop the water. There was angle steel with corrected position at the top and bottom of each stop log, as well as hanging ears at the top of each stop log. The gate was in contact with the door groove by a self-lubricating block, and the lateral stop was welded to the side.
