摘要:
总结了2018年全省水利建设管理工作在重点工程建设、改革创新、项目管理、质量监督、安全生产、市场监管、建设稽查、移民安置等方面取得的显著成效。分析了江苏水利建设管理工作面临的新形势和新要求,即需要补什么样的“工程短板”,“强监管”采取什么样的新举措。提出2019年度水利建设任务总目标,努力打造“诚信工程、优质工程、平安工程、智慧工程、廉洁工程”五大工程,为江苏水利高质量发展作出贡献。
Abstract:
The remarkable achievements of provincial water conservancy construction management in key project construction, reform and innovation, project management, quality supervision, production safety, market supervision, construction inspection, immigration and settlement in 2018 were summarized. The new situation and new requirements of Jiangsu water conservancy construction management was deeply analyzes, that was, what kind of "project shortcoming" should be supplemented and what kind of new measures should be taken to strengthen supervision. The general target of water conservancy construction in 2019 was proposed, which required efforts to build five major projects of "integrity project, quality project, safety project, wisdom project and probity project", so as to make contributions to the high-quality development of Jiangsu water conservancy.
