摘要:
结合常州水域水系特点,论证了利用现有工程优化调度和局部调水工程建设,推进市区畅流活水工程的必要性和可行性,提出了按轻重缓急度、条件成熟度,分区域分阶段实施畅流活水的工作建议和任务重点。
Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of Changzhou water system, the necessity and feasibility of promoting the implementation of flowing water in urban district through the using of existing projects to optimize scheduling and local water transfer project construction were demonstrated, and the work suggestions and key tasks of carrying out flowing water in different regions and stages according to the degree of priority and condition maturity were put forward.
