摘要:
洪泽湖周边滞洪区作为淮河流域最大、滞洪效果最显著的蓄滞洪区,在淮河流域防洪体系中作用明显,从流域规划和洪水调度方案的要求及流域设计洪水安排等论述洪泽湖周边滞洪区作为设计标准内的滞洪区,是淮河流域防洪体系不可缺少的重要组成部分。
Abstract:
As the largest and most significant flood detention area in the Huaihe River Basin, the flood detention area around Hongze Lake plays a significant role in the flood control system of the Huaihe River Basin. From the requirements of river basin planning and flood dispatching schemes, and watershed design flood arrangements, the flood detention area around Hongze Lake is regarded as the flood detention zone within the design standard, which is an indispensable part of the flood control system of the Huaihe River Basin.
