摘要:
常州市区经济社会快速发展,区域突发性水污染事件时有发生。实践证明,仅通过换水调水无法从根本上解决水环境问题,为进一步摸清市区调换水泵站运行情况,加强管理,规范补助资金使用,分别对各辖区调换水泵站开展调研,旨在通过沿江水利工程、城市防洪工程和新建调换水工程的联合调度运行,达到改善市区河道水环境的目的。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of economy and society in Changzhou City, regional unexpected water pollution incidents occurred frequently. The facts proved that water environment problems couldn't be solved fundamentally only by exchanging or transferring water. In order to further clearly know the operation status of water exchange pumping station of our city, strengthen management, and standardize the use of subsidy funds, investigation of water exchange pumping stations in every district was carried out, aiming at achieving the goal of improving the urban river water environment through joint operation of river water conservancy projects, urban flood control projects and new water exchange projects.
