摘要:
江苏省水利厅在南京江宁区、无锡滨湖区、苏州张家港市等13个县(市、区)水利局开展全省法治水利示范点建设,对水利法治建设进行了卓有成效的探索。经过为期2年的努力,江宁区水务局顺利通过省级法治水利示范点验收。通过总结分析江宁法治水利建设的经验与现状,为水利依法行政,法治政府建设提供参考。
Abstract:
Jiangsu Water Conservancy Bureau carried out the construction of law-based water conservancy demonstration sites in 13 counties(cities and districts)such as Jiangning District of Nanjing,Binhu District of Wuxi and Zhangjiagang City of Suzhou. After two years of efforts, Jiangning Water Affairs Bureau successfully passed the acceptance of the provincial-level legal water conservancy demonstration site. By summarizing and analyzing the experience and current situation of the legal water conservancy construction in Jiangning, reference for the legal administration of water conservancy and the legal government construction were provided.
