摘要:
常州水资源相对丰沛,推进节水型社会示范区建设,是经济社会健康发展和提高人居环境质量的现实需要。十二五以来,常州贯彻落实节水优先的方针,通过建立政府主导、部门协作、公众参与的创新体制,优化产业布局,建设与水资源承载力相协调的经济结构。完善水资源管理制度,规范水资源管理。坚持节水减排的建设方向,开展水环境综合整治。重视节水型载体建设,带动各行业节水减排工作。强化节水宣传教育,培育节水意识和节水文化,成功创建全省首个全域节水型社会示范区,经济效益、环境效益、社会效益明显。
Abstract:
Changzhou has relatively abundant water resources, and promoting the construction of water-saving social demonstration areas is the practical need of healthy economic and social development and improving the quality of living environment. Since the 12th five-year plan, Changzhou has implemented the policy of giving priority to water conservation, established a system of government-led, departmental collaboration and public participation, optimized industrial layout, and built an economic structure coordinated with the carrying capacity of water resources. The water resources management system was improved and water resources management was standardized. Adhere to the direction of water conservation and emission reduction, carry out comprehensive improvement of the water environment. Attach importance to the construction of water-saving carrier, drive the work of water-saving and emission reduction in all industries. The publicity and education of water conservation was strengthened, the awareness and culture of water conservation was cultivated, and the first water-saving social demonstration area in the whole province was successfully established with obvious economic, environmental and social benefits.
