摘要:
针对常州市中心城区小型泵闸站数字化、信息化、自动化科学管理的迫切需要,研究与分析了当前泵闸站信息管理系统总体框架构建上所需的3个层次,采用现代计算机、网络、自动控制等技术手段,建设设备控制、视频监控、内外河水位自动测报、水泵引排水量检测等自动化系统并进行有机集成,阐述了主要设备控制软件系统设计的思路,介绍了网络设计要求、组网方案及安全策略,实现了信息资源共享、科学防汛调度,充分发挥泵闸站的经济效益和社会效益。
Abstract:
Aiming at the urgent need of digitalization, informatization, and automated scientific management of small pump and gate stations in the downtown area of Changzhou, three levels required for the construction of the overall framework of the current pump and gate station information management system were studied and analyzed. Modern computers, networks, automatic control and other technical means were used to build automatic systems such as equipment control, video surveillance, automatic water level measurement and reporting of internal and external rivers, and water pump drainage and discharge detection, which were organically integrated. The design idea of the main equipment control software system were expounded, the network design requirements, network scheme and security strategies were introduced, and the information resource sharing, scientific flood control scheduling were realized, which could give full play to the economic and social benefits of the pump and gate stations.
