摘要:
为提高高邮市东部新城规划的合理性,从防洪排涝规划、水系规划、河湖水质控制3个方面对高邮市东部新城水系规划进行分析。通过方案比选,选择通过封闭南澄子河,调整中市河功能形成防洪圈; 通过构筑“三湖五纵五横一斜”水系布局,立足抽排,结合河道整治、水系沟通、增加动力、控管水面等措施提高排水标准; 通过控源截污、引水调流,增强水体自净能力,改善河湖水质。
Abstract:
In order to improve the rationality of the eastern new town planning of Gaoyou City, the water system planning was analyzed from three aspects: flood control and drainage planning, water system planning and water quality control of rivers and lakes. Through comparison and selection of schemes, the flood control circle was formed by closing Nanchengzi River and adjusting the function of Zhongshi River. By constructing the water system layout of "three lakes, five verticals, five horizontals, and one inclined", based on pumping and drainage, drainage standards were improved by combining measures such as river regulation, water system communication, increased power, and water surface control and management. Through source control and pollution interception, water diversion and flow regulation, the self-purification capacity of water body could be enhanced and the water quality of rivers and lakes could be improved.
