摘要:
2020年淮河发生流域性洪水,三河闸作为流域骨干型工程,全年累计行洪315亿m3,三河闸流量的精准控制在防汛防旱中起到至关重要的作用。通过总结三河闸调度操作流程,分析流量控制中可能存在的误差,列举了三河闸多项控制误差的做法,进一步加强三河闸流量控制的精细化管理。
Abstract:
In 2020,the Huaihe River suffered a large basin flood. As the backbone project of the river basin,Sanhe Sluice had a total annual flood of 31.5 billion m3. The precise control of Sanhe Sluice played a vital role in flood control and drought prevention. By summarizing the operation process of Sanhe Sluice,possible errors in flow control were analyzed,and practices of multiple control errors of Sanhe Sluice were listed to further strengthen fine management of flow control of Sanhe Sluice.
