摘要:
为完善水利应急生产监管信息系统,健全水利生产经营单位自查、自纠、自报机制,提升风险监管工作规范化、精准化水平,针对防汛抢险人员分部广泛,培训面临实训场地不足、无险情实景、培训成本高等一系列薄弱环节,运用现代VR虚拟仿真系统建立一套防汛抢险人员的训练平台,以解决实践操作中存在的部分问题。
Abstract:
In order to enhance the water resources emergency production supervision information system, establish a self-inspection, self-rectification, and self-reporting mechanism for water production and operation units, and improve the standardization and precision of risk supervision, especially in the context of widespread distribution of flood and disaster prevention personnel, facing challenges such as insufficient practical training grounds, lack of real-time risk scenarios, and high training costs. This study utilizes modern VR virtual simulation systems to create a training platform for flood and disaster prevention personnel, aiming to address some of the practical issues encountered in operations.
