淮安市清浦区杨庙南排涝站,拆建改造设计流量50.0m3/s,特征扬程介于0.65~5.68m之间。杨庙南排涝站作为一座区域性的主要排涝泵站,必须确保运行安全,同时兼顾效率,因此所选水泵必须满足结构简单可靠、运行维护方便、工程投资较小等条件。本文从技术、经济及运行管理更合理的角度出发,分析比较了立式、卧式和斜轴式泵型的优缺点,确定选用立式轴流泵。结合水力模型的比选,从七个方面综合比较分析,最终确定了水泵参数,即5台1800ZLB立式轴流泵机组。

South Yangmiao drainage pump station, which lies inQingpu district, Huaian city, would be reconstructed with design discharge about 50.0m3/s, and head from 0.65m to 5.68m. The pump station is a key station for regional water drainage, for which safety and efficiency are the basic requirements. Thus, when making a selection scheme, a simple and reliable structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and least project investment should be considered. In this paper, from the perspectives of technology, economic and management, both advantages and disadvantages of vertical, horizontal, and oblique-axis pump are analyzed respectively. Results showed that vertical pump was suit for South Yangmiao drainage pump station. Furthermore, the working parameters were attained by hydraulic model calculation and comprehensive analysis. Finally, five 1800ZLB vertical axial flow pumps were chosen.
