摘要:

运用水污染指数法分析评价了泗洪县城区水源地现状，指出泗洪县徐洪河地表水源地水质现状尚好，但在个别年份出现总磷超标现象。而氨氮、化学需氧量等指标波动较大，水质状况不稳定，且有恶化趋势。基于水源地存在的问题，提出了建立应急保障体系、形成长效保护机制、开展农业面源治理、构建管理合作机制、推进水源地达标建设等方面的对策，为泗洪县城区水源地的安全保障提供了依据。

Abstract:

Water pollution index method was used to evaluate the present situation of water source in Sihong County, which pointed out that the water quality of surface water source in Xuhong River of Sihong County was still good, but the total phosphorus exceeded the standard in individual years.Ammonia nitrogen, chemical oxygen demand and other indicators fluctuated a lot, water quality was unstable, and there was a trend of deterioration.Based on the existing problems in water source, countermeasures to establish the emergency response and guarantee system, form the long-term protection mechanism, carry out the management of agricultural non-point source, build management cooperation mechanism, and promote the construction of water source standard were put forward, which would provide the basis for the safety and security of urban water sources in Sihong County.
