摘要:
送达水行政执法文书，是水事案件侦办的重要环节，执法文书一经送达，即产生法律效力。在水行政执法实践中，行政机关有时因送达问题，造成案件办理不畅，甚至是行政决定被判决撤销，这要求各行政机关依法做好文书的送达工作，从而将案件办理的各阶段有机联系起来，保障行政效率，提高执法效能。
Abstract:
The water administrative enforcement document delivery is an important part of the investigation of water affairs cases.Once the law enforcement instrument is served, it will have legal effect.In the practice of water administration enforcement, sometimes the delivery problems of the administrative organs lead to a poor handling of the case or even an administrative decision being revoked.This requires the administrative organs to do a good job of documents delivery in accordance with the law, so as to link the various stages of the case to ensure the efficiency of the administration and improve the efficiency of law enforcement.
